Reconstruction and construction of additional lanes for nearly one mile, engineering for design, location and environmental studies, engineering for contract plans, land acquisition, and construction engineering are programmed from FY2020-2024 at an estimated cost of $29.6 million. Of this total, $1.4 million is included in the FY2020 for engineering for design, location and environmental studies.
